On behalf of Ownership, Management and the entire Staff at Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa, it is with great sadness that we announce the Resort has been closed, and an era has ended!!!! We are proud of the legacy that has been created over the last 20 years, as well as the 50 year history under the ownership of U.A. Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union.
We would like to thank our legions of Fans, Members and Clientle, for their support and patronage, during this incredible journey! It is our hope that the Resort will be sold and re-opened soon, and that we will have the good fortune, to serve you once again in the near future!

The Sea Breeze Foundation is proud to carry on the legacy of Breezy Beagle, by 'Providing Hope... and Fulfilling Dreams, for Children and Families during their time of need. This is achieved through 'Dream Visits' for those going through difficult times, and meeting the criteria for assistance, established by the Board of Directors of the Foundation. Dream Visits range from emergency stays, while children or families are dealing with a crisis, to visits by children and their families during concerts, with dinners, back stage passes, and resort services included. 'Dream Visit' Comes True for Brian Pilat

It was a dream come true for 14- Year old Brian Pilat of Cobb, who suffers from cortical visual impairment after being in an automobile accident. Brian who is a huge Sugar Ray fan met his favorite group and idol Mark McGrath recently when he was the recipient of the Sea Breeze Foundations Dream Visit.
'Since Brian can't do a lot of sports, music has become a big part of Brian's life, he takes music lessons once a week, and has his own set of Drums', according to his mother Gina Pilat. 'For Brian to meet and hang out with Sugar Ray and Mark McGrath was a dream come true', she added.
Brian's Dream Visit included 4 front row center stage tickets and backstage passes to Sugar Ray meeting Mark McGrath and Hootie and the Blowfish, signed musical memorabilia, photos and dinner.
'A Family Affair' for Sisters Allison and Andrea Alves

It was a family affair for sisters Allison and Andrea Alves who were both born with infantile cystic kidney disease and recently underwent kidney transplants. Luckily the parents were a perfect match and both were able to donate one of their kidney's to each girl.
'Sometimes all it takes to change your perspective is someone else doing something special for you, I feel blessed' says Andrea when asked about the dream visit.
Andrea and Allison, both who are huge country music fans, Dream Visit included front row center stage tickets to Rascal Flatts and Chris Cagle, a meet and greet with the artists, signed memorabilia, boat rental, dinner, and two overnight stays in a hot tub suite.
